Instructors:  Mario Di Franco, Plumbing Contractor 

          Mr. DiFranco has been a licensed plumbing contractor since 1980 and is currently working in that capacity.  Until 2008, he was the Building Commissioner and Zoning and Floodplains Administrator for the City of Willoughby Hills, Ohio, where he currently resides.  Mr. DiFranco holds many Ohio certifications, including that of Plumbing Inspector and Plans Examiner, Building Inspector, Residential Building Official, Master Plumbing Contractor, and Backflow Device Tester.  He has taught numerous plumbing courses, has been certified by the OCILB as a training agent, recognized as a contracted Instructor to conduct ICC certified training courses, and by the OBBS as an Instructor for a 30 hr. accredited continuing education course of in-depth study of the Ohio Plumbing Code.

Robert W. Brown, Plumbing Inspector 

          Mr. Brown, who has worked in the plumbing industry since 1985, is currently a plumbing and building inspector for the City of Bedford, Ohio, and is the educational chairman of BOCONEO.  He holds plumbing certifications from both the Ohio Department of Commerce as well as the Board of Building Standards.  He has been the instructor/facilitator for the monthly Plumbing Inspectors’ Roundtable Discussion sponsored by BOCONEO since 2008.
