State Certified Commercial Plumbing Inspector
The City of Avon is seeking a State Certified Commercial Plumbing Inspector.
The successful applicant shall possess a minimum of State of Ohio certificates for Class III and Commercial Plumbing.
Duties:
Inspect commercial, industrial and residential buildings.
Qualifications:
Possess Class III, Residential Building Inspector licenses.
Have good “people” skills. (Must be able to interact with people in a professional manner on a daily basis.)
Be able to perform field inspections. Possess a valid State of Ohio Driver license.
