The City of Richmond Heights seeks a qualified individual to fill the position of Commissioner of Building, Zoning and Housing.
Qualified candidates shall possess certifications as issued by the State of Ohio as a Commercial Building Official, Residential Building Official, and either an Electrical Safety Inspector or a Plumbing Inspector. Additional relevant licenses, certifications, and knowledge of Franklin Information Software a plus. The applicant shall have a working knowledge of state building codes as well as zoning and housing regulations and have the ability to read construction documents and determine site data. Required 5 yrs related professional experience with supervisory experience.
Salary commensurate with experience.
