Full-time position reporting to the Building Commissioner for the City of Highland Hts. Primary responsibilities include enforcement of residential and commercial building and zoning codes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of inspection experience; valid Ohio driver’s license; certification as a commercial and residential inspector by the Ohio Board of Building Standards and certification in the following categories: commercial and residential electrical and plumbing. Certification as a Chief Building Official and Residential Building Official is preferred.
