The City of Fairview Park, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Building Commissioner to oversee the City’s Division of Building. This position is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Ohio Building Code, Residential Code of Ohio, and the City’s Planning and Zoning, Housing, and Property Maintenance Codes.
The Building Commissioner shall hold Certificates of Building Official and Residential Building Official as required by the Ohio Administrative Code.
