BUILDING INSPECTOR POSITION

CITY OF WILLOUGHBY

The City of Willoughby has an employment opportunity in the Building and Zoning Department. Qualified applicants will possess, at a minimum, Ohio Board of Building Standards certifications as Building Inspector (BI), Residential Building Official (RBO) and Residential Plumbing Inspector (RPI).). Additional certifications are a plus. Preferred applicants will have employment experience in a certified building department while possessing the required certifications. This position requires interaction with the general public and fellow employees. Courteous and effective communications skills are essential.
