The City of Eastlake is looking for an experience full time Zoning Inspector.
Some of the duties will be to enforce the City’s Zoning Code, assist the Property Maintenance Inspector and assist with administrative duties.
Will prepare court citations and paperwork for the Zoning Board of Appeals. Will work under the direct supervision of the Chief Building Official.
Minimum qualifications high school diploma or GED, 3-5 yrs experience in a building department, valid Ohio driver’s license, knowledge of enforcement practices, good people skills, competitive benefit package. Other State of Ohio certifications a plus.
