Required Certifications:
Full RLC (Residential Limited Commercial) Certification with specialties in:
• Building
• Mechanical
• Fire Protection
• Energy
• Plumbing
Electrical certification preferred (OBBS Trainee accepted)
General Qualifications:
• Valid Ohio driver license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interpret codes, plans, and technical documents
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to navigate construction sites and perform physical inspection tasks
