Assistant Building Commissioner Position Available
Salary Range: $66,307-$110,892 commensurate experience and certifications
The City of Fairview Park is looking for an Assistant Building Commissioner position within the Building Department.
Summary of Job Duties:
Required Minimum Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The qualified applicant MUST have the following State of Ohio Certifications:
- Building Official (BO)
- Building Inspector (BI)
- Electrical Safety Inspector (ESI) and/or Plumbing Inspector (PI)
- Residential Building Official (RBO)
Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Passage of a pre-employment drug test is required, and a criminal background check will be performed.
